The questions page answers the most common ones, and the refund policy, privacy policy and terms say how the service works in detail.
Reporting a security problem
If you think you have found a vulnerability in the website, the Chrome extension or the service behind them, please write to [email protected] with what you found and how to reproduce it. Please give us a reasonable chance to fix it before you share it, and do not access other people’s data or disrupt the service while you test. We will tell you what we find.
A correction to an analysis
If a figure or a finding on FilingEye looks wrong, tell us which filing and which figure. Every figure links to the filing it came from, so the quickest report is the link and what you expected to see.
